Building Maintenance:

There are three basic services regarding building maintenance:

A) General Building Maintenance;   We offer a per call service which is intended to meet your occasional miscellaneous building maintenance needs. We have qualified personnel whom are capable of performing many aspects of maintaining a building that may be required. This work is performed on a "Time & Material" basis.

B) Building Maintenance Agreements;  This service is intended to perform your ongoing building maintenance requirements year in and year out. We can establish annual budget information and provide a schedule for work to be performed. This work can be performed on a "time & material" basis or on a Lump-Sum basis per project, whichever is better suited for any particular scope of work required.

C) Facilities Management;  We can perform site inspections of all your existing buildings, etc. and develop a current condition status. Then utilizing this information generate a detailed schedule of annual maintenance requirements.  We can also perform long term analysis. Assessing maintenance requirements & forecast out 3 to 5 years with budget projections. This service can also be performed regarding future planned capital improvement projects.
